By buying the Summit Success Kit you agree to these terms. "We" and "us" mean EventRaptor Services Inc.
What you're buying
The Summit Success Kit is a training and support package for coaches and service providers who want to plan, launch and profit from a virtual summit. It includes:
- Video training in four phases, released over time
- An asset library
- 24 implementation workshops and Q&A calls, held live twice a month for the 12 months after you join, 60 minutes each, with recordings
- Technical office hours
- A private community
Three bonuses come with it: 12 months of EventRaptor, 12 months of CRMRaptor, and The Ultimate Coach Marketing System. If you're one of the next clients to join while the places shown on the sales page last, you also get a summit strategy review and a 2-hour planning call with Steve Eriksen. When those places run out, that bonus is no longer offered.
Calls are live and held on a schedule we set. We may move or reschedule a call, and we'll tell you when we do. Recordings are provided so you can catch up.
How long you have access
Every 12-month period in these terms starts on the day you join.
Normally, access to the course material, including the recordings of the live calls, lasts for 1 year, and then for as long as you keep a subscription to EventRaptor and/or CRMRaptor.
If you join at the act-now price, you don't need a subscription after the first year. You get lifetime access to the course material, including the call recordings, which means for as long as we remain in business or offer the kit for sale. Lifetime access covers the course material only. It doesn't extend EventRaptor or CRMRaptor beyond the 12 months included as bonuses.
Price and payment
The price, and whether you pay in full or by payment plan, is shown on the order form before you pay. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all the payments in your plan when they fall due.
If a payment is missed, your access is paused until you're up to date with your payments. That includes the course material, EventRaptor and CRMRaptor.
The act-now price is guaranteed until the deadline shown on the sales page. If you join before the deadline, you pay that price.
7-day refund
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of joining. Email [email protected] and tell us you'd like your refund. We'll refund what you've paid.
Make your money back
You can ask for a full refund if all of these are true:
- You followed our methodology
- You ran your first summit on EventRaptor
- You didn't make your money back from that summit within 12 months of joining
To ask, email [email protected] with proof that you implemented and promoted your summit. We'll review it and refund what you've paid.
Results
We guarantee the refunds above. Any results or experiences shown on our pages are individual experiences from hosts who used the EventRaptor platform or Steve Eriksen's summit training. They aren't typical results. We don't guarantee more clients, revenue, bookings or any specific business outcome. Your results will vary based on your offer, audience, market, implementation, follow-up, consistency and effort. Our disclaimer has the full details.
Using the material
The kit is for you and your business. Don't share your login, and don't copy, resell or pass on the training, recordings or other materials. You can use what you learn, and the templates and swipe copy we give you, to run your own summits and marketing.
The software bonuses
EventRaptor and CRMRaptor are provided for the 12 months after you join, and your use of them is also covered by their own terms and policies.
Your privacy
We use your details to process your order and to deliver and support the kit. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we look after it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you join apply to your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
